Ease ReleaseĀ® 2831Ā is a wax-based non-silicone release agent. It has proven to be effective when used to release polyurethane foams elastomers.Ā Ease ReleaseĀ® 2831Ā works with aluminum, steel, and elastomeric mold construction.

Instructions

SafetyĀ - Use in a properly ventilated area (ā€œroom sizeā€ ventilation). Wear safety glasses, long sleeves and rubber gloves to minimize contamination risk. Skin contact may cause dryness.

Store and use material at room temperature (73Ā°F/23Ā°C).Ā This product has a limited shelf life and should be used as soon as possible.

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING

ApplyingĀ - Apply a coat of Ease ReleaseĀ® 2831 with a spray or brush, and allow to dry. Rub Ease ReleaseĀ® 2831 into mold surface with a clean cloth. Repeat two or three times to seal the mold surface. Start molding and reapply a light coat of Ease ReleaseĀ® 2831 after each molding cycle.

FinishingĀ - Thorough cleaning of the molded parts is recommended prior to bonding or any other post mold finishing.
